A public exhibition at the Grafton Shopping Centre is also taking place today (Wednesday 1 November 2017) between 2pm and 8pm if you would like to ask officers any questions. The exhibition will be held in the Great Hall (at the bottom of the escalator near to H&M and Costa) at The Grafton, Cambridge CB1 1PS.
The Examination hearings have now closed. No further comments or submissions will be accepted unless they have been expressly invited by the Inspectors.
No information is currently available regarding the date that the Inspectors’ reports will be available. It is likely that consultation will take place during the Autumn on Main Modifications. Further information will be published, when available, on the Councils’ websites.
The joint hearing to consider Matter 10 – Gypsy and Traveller Policy Issues will reconvene to deal with unfinished items at 1.00pm on Tuesday 18 July 2017 in the Council Chamber, South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne.
The hearing session on Thursday 13 July 2017 for Matter 10: Policies for Travellers / Caravan Dwellers and Travelling Showpeople will now commence at 9.30 am. The hearing session will be held in the Council Chamber at South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne.

An updated Hearings Programme (version 24, 22 June 2017) has been published giving details on future hearings blocks for both the Cambridge Local Plan and South Cambridgeshire Local Plan examinations. NOTE: the hearing session for Matter SC10: South Cambridgeshire Local Plan – Matters Not Dealt with Elsewhere (that was included in previous versions of the hearings programme) will not now be held as the participants have withdrawn their wish to appear.

The Hearings Programme – Version 21 [PDF, 316kB] was published today (03 May 2017) and is the most current hearings programme giving details, including dates where available, on future hearings blocks for both the Cambridge Local Plan and South Cambridgeshire Local Plan examinations.
Joint Matters and Issues have been published for Matter M11 joint omission sites for Cambridge City Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council [PDF, 126kB] .
Matters and Issues have also been published for South Cambridgeshire Matters SC9 (Local Plan omission sites not considered elsewhere) and a revised Matters and Issues for Matter SC1 (Development Frameworks, Strategy for the rural area and the omission sites).
